Steve Olson worked on a window at our home today. He was fabulous- explained everything he was doing, and was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I've always thought highly of Pella. Steve truly reinforced my opinion that this is a quality company with a quality product. Thank you!

I bought a Pella patio door with the built in blinds and it broke. They said warranty would pay for it. Great. Repair man came and said they would get it replaced but nobody ordered it so now I have to wait two or three months and hopefully somebody orders it Completely avoid this company

Pella did an excellent job on a large project for our home. Paul, who was the sales rep who came out to our place and helped us determine what needed to be replaced and what didn't without trying to upsell us, or oversell us. Al handled the advanced delivery, communicated with us on the delivery time and stored everything out of the way in the garage. Austin and Hunter did an excellent job on the installation. They kept me informed throughout the project and did a thorough job of removal, installation, touch-up, and cleanup. This has been an excellent experience. I would 100% recommend Pella Windows!
