My husband called and spoke to someone regarding getting an estimate to have some shrubs replaced two and a half weeks ago. The person who answered the phone took down his name and number and said he would be receiving a call back to arrange a time, etc... I called to follow up a few days later and was told it could take 2 weeks for a return phone call!
