Apartment wasn't too bad, 1970 style with no frills. Parking isn't controlled, non residents take resident parking spots. Walter in office will lie to your face with a smile. Totally untrust worthy individual. I was released early from my contract because I called out how people tried to get into my apartment through attic. That and harassment by Hispanic neighbors with after hour loud music and parties. Walter stated my deposit would be forfeit, but my last water bill would be taken out of it. Two weeks later, Walter called wanting a forward address to send water bill . Terrible business practices and be leary of this forked tongued person.
