Dont even waste your time trying to even attempt to get a home loan with bank, theyre incompetent and cant do the most basic of basics. In contract on the same property for over 50 days, and they come at the end to say the pre-approval they provided was above the income to debt ratio. Dont get me started on the lack of communication as well, this bank and the lender Josh mink are a joke. Take your business else where, they wont waste your time, and your opportunity to close on a house.

Very nice staff and friendly

It was quite interesting that all of them had an accent, but I loved the staff and their helpful attitude . I think this is the best PNC in Columbus.

Very kind and friendly service. The expert staff is helpful to assist with what they can.
Unfortunately I had to file a claim with PNC Bank against an unscruplous account.
PNC Bank has taken my claim and will get back within 3 days.
