Echoing others experiences with delays and no communication (and being scolded for asking, ha). Took 8 weeks to get mine back and only after I said I would just have to take it sans the repair. (Even then I had to wait in the shop for 45 minutes and once again ask for him to just give it to me sans repairs. After that he dropped it off at my house that evening.) Didnt do all the work Id asked for either. This was 2 years ago so maybe somethings gotten better butreviews dont suggest as much. Paradise Bikes is great!

The owner spent a week with us during our GOBA bike ride in Ohio. I saw him working so hard, giving his all to the riders so they could have a workable bike to ride to enjoy their vacations. I give him credit for trying to work on my bike (change pedal) but due to rust, he was unable to remove it. Without even asking him, he offered to loan me HIS bike for the week! Visit him when you are in the area. He does good job.

Dave is one of the best and most experienced bike techs in the city. Turnaround can be slow, but its only because he takes great care and has built a reputation as a staple in the bike community. If you work on your own stuff he also has the most extensive set of retail bike tools and parts for sale.
