I made an order months in advance for pasties from this shop, the week before the date they were supposed to arrive I emailed to make sure everything was going okay, I got a response that no it wasn't the shop had flooded and unfortunately because of that she forgot to make mine. She then offered me a refund and said that she would ship my order when she finished them I said sure that's fine that I'd love to order from her in the future because this showed me that she was really responsible, and I loved everything she made. I accepted the refund and waited for my package... Which never came. I waited 3 months before sending another email asking when I would get my things, that there was no time crunch but I would still love to wear them to an upcoming event and then again a few months after that I sent another email pointing out that linking the original email and what was said and how I would still really love to get my things and that I would even buy a 2nd pair so she could put those in the same package I got no response to all 3 emails one of which was the reply to the original email she sent me.
I personally wouldn't order anything from this shop because of this experience and it sucks because it seems like such amazing items... (I had also sent my friends pictures of what I was getting and they all planned on getting some too, good thing they waited until "I got mine" before ordering)
Full disclosure this all went down in 2019-2020 I had never left a review because I was still kinda holding out for my items, but I got upset recently when someone sent me a link to this shop and I realized I should share my experience so it doesn't happen to others, now I got my money back and I understand that but I was still promised my items if she had simply said here's a refund and you're not getting your items because I'm unable to make them at the time or that they will be late with no refund because of unfortunate circumstances I wouldn't be mad it was unnecessary to lie and ignore me multiple times.
