Buckeye Car Wash

When I pulled in, my car was all the way backed to the street. I thought they would open the second lane, so I decided to stay. WHAT A MISTAKE. It appears that nobody wants to work these days. They barely had a skeleton crew even on a beautiful clear day. I don't know what made me stay, but I was there for a total of one hour and forty minutes. I will NEVER do that again. And they are anything but cheap. BAD experience.

Decent prices and a hands on service that leaves your car looking top notch. For a little bit more (tip included) than other automatic car washes, you get hand drying and cleaning of the door jams, kick plates, and even the tail gate door trim. The staff was friendly and didn't push for tips, which made tipping a lot easier to do.

Give Devin S. your vehicle. He will take it and turn it into a clean machine. I was quite impressed how much cleaning/scrubbing was done.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever received. Signage and instructions at this place are poor and it makes it difficult for first time customers to know what to do or where to go. I stood outside for several minutes without anyone coming to help. Instead, the workers continued to just give mean looks and offer no assistance. When someone finally approached it was an older gentleman spewing rude and hateful insults towards me. I cannot believe that the people working here would treat customers in this way. The only decent and thoughtful human being working at this establishment was the receptionist, and I can only imagine what her experience has been like working amongst these awful, inconsiderate people. I was just about to give them my service and money, but I am so happy I decided not to. I will gladly take my business to one of their competitors. Please if you are looking for a car wash and/or detailing, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
