        Mike and Victor were amazing! Professional, kind, and informative; I had a bunch of questions and had never had carpet cleaned before but they were patient with me, answering everything and had the carpet taken care of in under fourty minutes! Super nice guys and they did a wonderful job!

        Hired H.I.S. to clean the carpets and upholstery in an RV and plus some area rugs. Jeff was very professional, gave a good price and easy to schedule. Great communication - texted and called to confirm appointment and also when they were on the way. Results are great - everything looks MUCH better and it was obvious they know what they are doing. Will definitely recommend and use their services again.

        I’ve had my carpets cleaned by H.I.S before and they did a great job. That’s why they got 3 stars and not 1. Today they just seemed pushy and refused to give me a base cleaning claiming there was dog urine in the carpet, which there is not. They saw a dog and woman and decided to try to take advantage of the situation. They picked the wrong one. Owner was decent about the situation but I probably won’t be back unfortunately.
