Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

I am very pleased with how good my carpet looks- It has been an eyesore for awhile and I was not sure if the stain would be able to get removed, but Rosie the technician who cleaned my carpets did a GREAT job!! My carpet looks almost new again! I would definitely recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning due to their prompt response, and professional & friendly employee. I was quoted one price and then charged a higher price! Some of high traffic areas didnt get as clean, I think he should have gone back over them! He used my hose and just left it out not returning it how he found it! Needless to say Ive booked with Stanley steamer for next time!

I had a great experience with the lady when I scheduled a technician to come and look at my furnace. Josh was the techician that was sent. He first said it was a wiring issue and presented me with a list of options ranging from 250 to 800 dollars I said I wanted the bandaid fix I went up stairs because I needed to finish something for work ten minutes later he tells me that he found more issues and that I now needed at least the silver package to get this fixed and keep my sick son safe he also said my Google Nest was broken keep in mind I had to show him how make it work. Clearly this was just a money grab. I went and got second opinion and confirmed my suspensions and was able to get my heating fixed for a fraction of the price and I will never be using this company again.
