Paddy Wagon

We booked Paddy Wagon for our wedding this past Saturday. WHAT A HIT! Our guests are still raving about the unique experience and the delicious food. Zach, the sheriff, has been great to work with throughout this entire process and has been very responsive to emails and texts. And the deputies who worked the truck that day were on time and got 105 people fed in under 2 hours! They were so fun to work with and our guests loved them as well! You need to book Paddy Wagon immediately! It is worth it and I’m already thinking about the next event I want to hold and book them again.

We wanted a laid back vibe for our wedding and decided on a food truck for dinner. Paddy wagon was very professional and responsive during the planning process. Everyone loved the food and raved about the brisket tacos.

We had such a positive food truck experience for our neighborhood gathering! The gentlemen who worked the truck arrived early and were very patient and helpful with everyone perusing a menu that had an array of options, including vegan and vegetarian. Everyone raved about their meal! We had a great night and the food provided was the highlight!

Stopped by the Paddy Wagon while at the Pearl Market, and had a fantastic lunch. The buffalo chicken wrap was amazing and service was great, I'll be keeping a lookout for the truck from here on out

I can say for a fact the billy club is my personal favorite especially the one I had in 2019, must have been the seasoning. The quality of the food is truly exceptional, and the service is what’s kept me coming back for more!
