Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits

I would give it no stars but thts not an option. Awful service and beverages were not suppiled no ice either. No smileing everyone there looked like they were zombies no commuication. Amd stale food

Service is slow, workers appear stressed and never smile. The chicken pieces they purchase and sell are always small as compared to other Popeye's locations - you feel like you're being served Pigeon. The seating area is small and cramped, tables and chairs are often sticky. The ice machine is right next to the seating area so you get to listen to a constant loud buzzing. The paper napkin dispenser is always empty and/or broken so you have to ask for napkins if you can get their attention. Attendants sweep the floor right next to where you are eating; you might even catch some mist from the pump spray bottle when they wipe tables. You always feel better leaving than when entering as the place has a negative atmosphere. Try the Popeye's on Livingston Ave. for a pleasant surprise.

My order was wrong and they wanted me to bring all the food back or they couldnt replace my order when i told them i had ate some they said we cant replace it if something is missing.... Crazy right
