Crawford's Chimney Sweeps

We had a backdraft from the vent pipe for our furnace and hot water tank. I got an appointment for the next morning with Crawford's to clean the vent pipe since it seemed that something was blocking the flow out of the house. They did not show up at the scheduled time. I got a call at noon asking if the tech had been to the house. When I told them that he had not, he said a few choice words, then said he would call me back. Two days later, and several calls that have gone unanswered, and I still have no resolution.

I used them to clean my chimney. Glad I did. Mark (the owner) was very responsive and did a great job getting my chimney ready for the winter. His prices are reasonable and service is great. What's not to like????

No show, no phone call for an appointment that I had booked a week ago. When I call their number I get “the cell phone caller is not available. Try your call later” Wasted a half a day waiting around.

Mark was very flexible with a short timeline and helped us in a pinch. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave great tips for prolonging the life of our chimney and fireplace. Would highly recommend!
