I called to see about a appointment the lady ((((BETHANY ))) that answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL she would not put her supervisor or someone in charge on the phone or PROVIDE ME WITH A NUMBER TO CALL THEM ......

This is a really good wic office the people there are great I just wish they would make it so we can (((order wic online ))))so I wouldn't have to walk all the way to the store with my 3 little kids and take my kids in to the store with this virus I order everything else online but it won't let me order my wic stuff and I been losing all my wic food BC my kids have heath issues but this place is great I been going there for years

Terrible Experience! I arrived at 9am as it states on google this location opens at 9am on Tuesdays only to get off the elevator and be meant with broad eyes through a LOCKED GLASS DOOR starting at me as if saying OH GOD! I needed a replacement card THATS IT! When the door was finally opened because STAFF was late. I was given a mask and processed to tell the woman at the front desk that I did not have an appointment! SHE SCREECHED GIVE ME A MINUTE THE DOORS JUST OPENED! I said you dont have to get an attitude I was just telling you. She starts huffing and puffing as if I was rushing her I told her that simply because I wanted her to know she did not have to rush for me and my little old replacement card. So then I proceeded to sit down and she yelled DO YOU HAVE I.D. I said I sure do and she NEVER OPENED HER LITTLE SLIDING GLASS WINDOW TO RECEIVE THE I.D. Weird so I waited then I slipped my I.d. through the little space that was opened since she wasnt acknowledging that I was trying to hand her my I.D. She banged her hand on the counter and stormed away! I said YEAH ABSOLUTELY I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU EITHER SHE IS VERY NASTY AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! I advise families to go elsewhere the way I was treated I will never let these specific WIC workers around my children. Just know your Guarenteed attitude at this location be advised.
