Craig the Office Max employee was rude and Incompetent, I needed a resume printed on resume paper that I brought with me. He scanned it and it kept printing blank sheets of paper, I asked am I being charged for the blank sheets, he said no. I saw the amount on the printer going up 17 cents every time he scanned it, Craig is a liar and a thief. Finally the resume that printed had a big line through it. He printed a receipt showing $2.01, which I will be disputing with my credit card. Don't go here, go to Staples where the customer service is way better!!

The Office Max in Easton on Morse Road is excellent. The young professional had 9 people in line and she was able to help everyone efficiently and with an excellent attitude! Job well done.

I dropped off a Fedex shipping package here. The box arrived at it's destination with the contents (a cell phone) missing. The box arrived taped up and otherwise undamaged. I called the manager here to ask about it and they were not interested in investigating or even acknowledging an employee at this location might have taken it. I usually ship at another Fedex location and I've never had this problem before. The first and only time I used this location my item went missing. Maybe that's just coincidence. It's possible someone at Fedex took the phone, but given that this OfficeMax is the only difference from all of my other (successful) shipments using Fedex, I can't ignore the possibility that someone working here took my phone out of the box and re-taped the empty box.
