I purchased my rain barrel from Rain Brothers, LLC six (6) years ago. It is still going strong. Rain Brothers provided everything needed to hook it up to my current gutter system as well as a brief tutorial when I picked it up. They even provided an extension hose and connection (gratis!) as the one wasn't long enough for my set-up. Last year I needed to replace the faucet set, as the old one broke. But, it is not an expensive repair. This year, I decided to invert the top and use it as a planter for the first time. I like that I had that option I am very pleased with the purchase and the service provided by Rain Brothers, LLC. I'd recommend them to others.

We have purchased 3 rain barrels here over the course of 4 years. Just purchased one this past month. I was greeted by Jen over the phone when I called to ask questions about the online purchase requirements. She was able to answer all of my questions. The next day I spoke to the other Jen that works here about the pickup procedure for my order who was also very pleasant :) . I like the fact that they continue to carry the same great product that I am accustomed to. I will definitely recommend to my neighbors where they can go to purchase their rain barrels here in Columbus. USA made!
