When my son was born, I decided I wanted him to stay home for the first couple years with me. As he got older, I knew I was doing him a disservice to keep him at home. So I decided to try ABCD and the results have been incredible. The staff is polite, friendly and overall just amazing. They work intimately with my son, and all the other children to make sure the curriculum is on point. He’s not just playing with toys there he’s learning and growing. The conversations we have are really crazy sometimes from all the knowledge he has gained. I’m so glad I made this decision to send him. I am sad that next year he will be starting kindergarten and no longer attending the center but I know, they have set him up for greatness.

In response to the Owner's response: I don't have the time or patience for someone other then a medical professional, to tell me I'm not 'helping my son' or not being honest about his development. I don't think any parent does. Evidently, the owner of this daycare believes she knows more about my child then I know... or his pediatrician or his developmental therapist or his family. My child was born prematurely- I told the owner this. My son has been seen by a early childhood developmental therapist and his pediatrician, and they have no concerns with his development. Even for a child born premature, an 18 month old should not be in the infant room, swaddled, sitting in an infant bouncer chair, crying all day, refusing to eat, feeding him bottles, and giving him teethers to play with. This was the daycare's plan and it certainly wasn't helping his development. The owner refused to move him to the toddler room. I asked about a two week notice as that was required according to the handbook, and I'm so thankful that the owner said forget it, today can be his last day. This daycare does not seem very knowledgeable in child development. There are many better choices out there, and I have found one where my child is thriving! Original Post: My son had a horrible experience here. This was his first time going to daycare. He's 18 months and they were swaddling him for nap time without discussing with me. I was told he was left sitting in a baby bouncer all day crying, he wasn't eating anything, and they gave him bottles instead of a sippy cup. The director said he wasn't walking, pulling himself up on furniture , drinking from a sippy cup, or feeding himself. She even argued with me when I said he can do all that at home, saying I wasn't being truthful! Exactly how much time did you spend interacting with my child before you made that assessment?? I was told you were leaving him in a baby bouncer all day. His teacher said he was crying all day and they said ' we don't know what to do with him.' Not exactly what you want to hear from the people taking care of your son! Also, my son was terrified of her, where he would start shaking and screaming when she walked in the room. So, he started at a new daycare the past 5 days, and he is walking, playing, making friends, feeding himself, drinking from a sippy cup, taking naps on a mat with a pillow and blanket, and just everything you would expect from an 18 month old! I don't recommend this daycare. Maybe it's a right fit for some kids, but not my son.

I didn’t have the best of luck with finding a good daycare for my daughter until I found A Better Choice Learning Center & Daycare. And enrolling my daughter into this center has been the best decision I have made! She learns so much from going here, nearly every day she knows new things that she did not the day before. It’s amazing to watch her grow! And they are more like family, They are very helpful in many ways. My daughter has never ran into daycare until she started attending A Better Choice! Also they send picture updates every day of our babies! Thank you Kelley & Teachers !

I love this daycare and my son loves it as well! The staff is professional, reliable, and takes education serious. I couldn’t have picked a better place honestly and I’m really picky with who I leave my child with. I’d definitely recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for child care.
