        I cannot recommend Fireplace Services, LTD enough! Kenn walked us through everything he was doing while refurbishing our fireplace. He has a clear passion for what he does. He’s knowledgeable and was very informative. Our refurbished gas fireplace looks brand new now! Will definitely be calling them in the future for all maintenance.

        Kenn and his wife were so kind and helpful. They were in and out quickly and we appreciated that they didn’t immediately just try to sell us something we didn’t need. When we need our fireplace serviced again, we will definitely be calling them!

        Great experience with Ken and Sandy! Love my new fireplace! . Converted wood burning to gas. Ken is very knowledgeable about the fireplaces in Clintonville homes so understood what I needed. He helped to connect me with gas plumber who did a great job. Highly recommend Fireplace Services!!

        Ken is the MAN! We had 3 people try to start our fireplace that hadn't been working in years. Ken came in and had it started in less than 5 minutes. Unreal. He was Prompt, Professional and Informative. Will work with him always! 5 starssss!

        I called to get information on having my gas fireplace repaired and serviced. The gentleman who called me back to discuss it was incredibly rude. First, he asked me what kind of fireplace it was and when I said I didn’t know- made fun of me “oh it’s in YOUR house but you don’t know what brand it is?!” No. Strangely enough I don’t know what brand of fireplace the builder installed 20 years ago. Then before ever laying eyes on the fireplace or even asking what was wrong with it, he told me it would need to be fully rebuilt at a cost of $2250. I said I needed to think about it because that’s a lot of money. His response was that no it isn’t compared to what other people would charge me. For me, that is a sizeable investment and I didn’t appreciate being belittled about my concerns. Absolutely no way they will get my business.
