Called to have an electric forklift serviced as it would not run. Got a report saying what all they checked. Could not tell if the batteries where actually good or bad or if the changing unit was working or not......
If your looking for someone to charge you for coming out and emailing you a report that says what they looked at and "checked" but didn't do actually anything to repair it or say what is actually wrong with it the Hay, Go right ahead and throw your money away.
They were called out to service and or fix a electric forklift and charging station the had been sitting up for a year and no longer working.
