We not only got the exact dishwasher we wanted for the best price in town, but they rose to the occasion to help us with an installation issue (not their fault, our flooring was in the way.) Bought a washer/dryer set. Less than 30 days after delivery and set up by their team, the washer broke. They were quick to have a nice serviceman diagnose it, but the part will take 3-4 weeks to come it from the manufacturer. Which is longer than Ive even had this washer. Big Sandy is not giving me any option during this waiting time. I now have to spend extra time, money, and transportation needs, which I do not have, to do laundry for my family.
