I bought a sectional 3 days later, I notice the recliner is broke. I immediately call infinity they inform me I bought a floor model all floor model (as is) I had no idea the couch comes with no warranty. I called multiple times went up to the store and they keep saying they will call me. I am single mom spent over 1300 on a broken couch. Very disappointed. **Updated per response from owner. I bought a broken sectional. It’s unacceptable to sale broken furniture. I looked up the company BBB report just to find out another customer filed a report with the same problem. In the BBB complaint the customer stated the sectional recliner was broke just like mine. In response your company offer to fix the issue and the customer also bought a floor model sectional that the store failed to mention it was (floor model) AS IS no warranty. I had no idea just like the other customer. The company offered to fix the issue to the other customer but nobody is offering to fix my problem. I had the couch a week. Called the next day informing the store the recliner does not work.
