I reached out to Ian after a recommendation from a friend. I had a nice phone call with him and told him I knew our budget was really tight, but wanted to see if we could make something work. A while later I emailed him to get an update and he said he would be done with the estimate the next day. That was the last I heard from Ian. A month and three emails to him later, I still heard nothing. If you don't want to do the job, can't make our budget work, or just need more time, just tell me. But to completely ghost people is rude and unprofessional. Can't recommend them to anyone.

Ian, Alicia, and their team were a pleasure to work with. Their work is meticulous and beautiful. Throughout our remodel they were respectful, kind, and cleaned up the space each day. We will absolutely use them again in the future.
