John inspected the home my son was looking at buying. He and the report he supplied were very thorough and helpful. The minor issues found are easily fixed and he offered many great suggestions on ways to remedy the issues. We had a wet basement problem, and John suggested DIVERTING the water, plus grading, instead of a costly French drain inside the basement with a sump pump. Really glad I listened to him, because it fixed the problem for 1/2 the cost!

John is very thorough and doesn't miss a thing. He's very patient and great at explaining things that an average home buyer wouldn't know. He's super honest and will definitely recommend if you need to replace something immediately or if you would be okay waiting awhile. At the end a 30 page report is provides and a book is given for common house fixes. I'm glad I hired him to do my inspection.
