My wife and I are first-time home buyers and were fortunate enough to have John be our inspector, twice. He explained everything to us very thoroughly and made us understand ever aspect of the home inspection. His candidness and expertise, both as an inspector but also an architect, made us feel at ease throughout the entire experience. I would recommend John and his services to anyone!

Initially, we thought he was very trustworthy and professional. In terms of personal interaction he was very pleasant to work with and very willing to answer any questions. However, as we've lived in our new house for the last year we have found many major problems that an experienced home inspector should have found. Electrical issues as well as severe foundation issues that should have been obvious were not mentioned. As we've lived here longer it's become very apparent that both water issues and past termite issues have caused serious problems and that the previous owners only band-aided them. While everything is fixable, we would have attempted to renegotiate price had his inspection been accurate. Very disappointed.
