Started seeing the kiosks in several stores I frequent, and finally decided to check it out. I'm glad I did! I don't know how it's possible, but the key I had made catches the lock less than my original... Huh? I'll clarify the key I had on me was a copy I had made at Walmart about 6 years ago. That key isn't the greatest... It sticks on one or more of the pins in my lock and often needs maneuvering to work. The new one is like butter every time. Aside from the product being great, the other available options are genius. You can save the specs of you keys to their system. Meaning if you lock yourself out you can go to any of their kiosks and make a new one. How amazing is that! No need to call the locksmith (unless we're talking about smart keys...) Finally, the options for customization are cool and they offer an interesting feature for a small upcharge that is supposed to be much smoother to use in terms of ease of manipulating the pins. I was just really impressed with the service offered as well as the great pricing model. Thanks!
