We reached out to Ellen to help us get organized as my wife and I were combining two household’s worth of items into one. It was great to have a fresh perspective to help make our Kitchen, Pantry and Dining Room more functional for our everyday needs. We really appreciate how much Ellen helped us and we would certainly recommend her for anyone needing assistance decluttering/organizing their house!

I felt like Ellen really aided in setting a fire under me to get an excellent start at letting go of a lot of unnecessary clutter in my home. The energy in my place changed for the better after just the 1st session. Ellen was professional and hands-on involved keeping up the pace when I may have stalled. I'm grateful for that . And that's aided me in continuing the work on my own taking on a few small clutter problems. Her process works! Thanks, Ellen!

Ellen has been a total delight in helping my mom declutter, organize, and purge a lot of items she's accumulated over time. She is very hands on, yet very respectful of the process, and is a perfect teammate in downsizing and ridding oneself of unnecessary things. Without Ellen this project seemed impossible, and now we are all starting to see the light! We look forward to continuing to work with her to help my mom feel more organized and prepared for a move in the future.

My husband’s Step-Mom passed away very quickly after a lung cancer diagnosis. We had moved her from Greensboro, NC almost ten years ago, into an apartment, to be close to us and family after my husband’s Dad passed away. While enjoying time with family, she spent time purchasing treasures she enjoyed. All those treasures, along with many, many family pictures, heirlooms and two walk-in closets full of clothes were overwhelming. After starting the job myself, Ellen’s name and number were given to me with a wonderful recommendation. What a blessing! She organized and sorted and packed. Arranged shipping of items out of the country and to addresses in the states. Arranged for items to go to consignment and items for donation and made sure everything got where it needed to be. At a time when we were grieving and making arrangements, Ellen took control of emptying the apartment in time to be out before July 1st when the family would have incurred another months rent. I could not have accomplished it without her stepping in and making it happen. I look forward to using her skills in the future to get better organization in my own home.

I hired Organized by L to help me declutter my office. Paper is the one thing that I have trouble parting with and Ellen helped me make decisions about drawers of paperwork and stacks of files that had been taking up valuable real estate. She was calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental which I really appreciated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Organized by L for all of your organizational needs!
