        I really appreciate the staff here. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! They are fast, thorough and knowledgeable. Hailey amoung the other front desk gals always greet me with a smile and are beyond helpful. Their injectors are some of the best I have experienced in Columbus. Mila is an expert/master! You will find yourself lucky to have an appointment with her you will not be disappointed. Tisha is my laser magician, again, she is very knowledgeable and especially friendly. She has helped me with tattoo removal and facial laser treatments that I have been very pleased with. Do not hesitate becoming a client at this location.

        $2500 for prp injections on the breasts and it did literally nothing beyond words. I wasnt expecting a full breast lift or anything but it didnt do ANYTHING! My boyfriend even said he was a bit disappointed. NOT what you want to hear after that sort of investment. Aside from the negative results, the staff is strangely unprofessional. No bedside manner They were even complaining about doing my appointment to my face (they were on break and were pulled out of their break to help me since I was a Walk-in (had a consultation but chose to go ahead with it same day). Several times they left the door open while my breasts were exposed, and someone even walked into the room and bumped into me with the door when I was taking my before picture topless! This is also the dirtiest med spa Ive ever seen seems like there has to be some sort of staffing/management issue because this place is a step above ghetto Lots of buyers remorse.

        This was my first time at Jiva Med Spa and the services are exceptionally wonderful! Dr. Nanda was very thorough with answering all of my questions, Julie was wonderful with my treatment and Hayley and Kennedy at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place!
