I have been going here for a few years and they are great. Professional, caring and my therapist is the best. They have helped me enjoy life again.

Therapist let me know he wasn't sure why I was in therapy. Plenty of questioners to fill out at this place but no evidence they want to help anyone. The "hour" sessions are actually 50 minutes and you have to pay for the 10 minutes of prep time before your appointment. My therapist told me I should be grateful for the prep time otherwise he'd have to do all his meetings back to back. Because scheduling breaks interupts money being made by the company so can't have that.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Found a therapist to work with my child. They bonded over a few  sessions. Then a half hour before the beginning of the session we get a text saying she can't talk to my child until his bill is sorted out. We had primary insurance and medicaid, so I was confused why there was a problem with the bill. I spoke to the "financial" person, who was just hired, not trained in financal matters or even how to schedule an appointment. She said she was left alone in the office by herself. I later found out that she was the one who messed up our billing because she was put in charge of it, but never told how to do it. She was literally making things up about the billing. I had to explain to her medicaid and insurance bill. She told me I was all wrong. I had someone from Medicaid call her the next day to explain how to bill. I guess the ownwers just wanted warm bodies to fill positions, but didn't care to teach them their job. Also, the "therapist" is not alowed to drop a client suddenly because of a billing issue, but she did this to my child. I reached out to to tell her how her suddennly dumping my child as a client sent his anxiety and depresssion into overdrive. She never responded back. This is not a therapist, these situations are the reasons people need therapy. Unprofessional, unethical, unkind and untrained. My advise is go anywhere for therapy, but this place. BTW, they don't apologize for their mistakes or for traumazing your child.

Open arms is great. It's filled with talented therapists who genuinely care about their patients. I used this clinic a lot when I didn't have health insurance. I saw an intern for $40 a session & it did so much for me. They got me in with 2 weeks!

My first therapist here left and didnt inform me at all for weeks until I called, and the receptionist said she didnt know she had left either. By the time I got in touch with a new therapist months had gone by. I really liked my new therapist, but she left too and was often late for our sessions. When she left, I had to wait a few weeks to be transferred to someone else. On the day of my new appointment with my new therapist, I received a call that said they were canceling my appointment because my invoice had not been paid. I had asked them several times to email me the invoice, yet I never received it. It was unfair of them to cancel my appointment the day of, and then make me wait three weeks until the next available opening. I feel worse after open arms counseling than I did before.
