Holistic Consultation

My therapist was never really that helpful -- never really diving into my issues or asking questions. But that's not why I'm making this a two-star review. They don't tell you that Blueprint is optional and that if you do it, it incurs $10 each time you fill it out. I thought it was mandatory and had no idea I was being billed for it until weeks after I stopped going to therapy. The staff sent me a $100+ bill for it. If I pay for my weekly sessions on a weekly basis, why wouldn't you also charge me for this blueprint service weekly as well? I went months without knowing I was incurring this fee!! If you had billed me from the start, I would've enquired sooner and not used blueprint. That was outrageous.

Everything is going excellent with Megan. She understands so much and I feel very validated. This is my first time in therapy and I feel I make so much progress, thank you.

Very poorly ran. Understaffed and good luck speaking to someone over the phone. Needed to reschedule an appointment day of as an emergency came up, I called twice with no answer the morning of and I left a message explaining my situation. No one got back to me whatsoever and got charged their $80 cancellation fee later that day. Called the next day and they basically said to go kick rocks. For a company about bettering mental health, punishing someone when an emergency comes up is a real bad look. I get rules are rules and I can respect that, what I cannot respect is no call back or follow up as to needing to reschedule. Take your business to somewhere that at least has the decency to answer the phone when you call.

Overall my experience has been great. My sessions with Pam have had a tremendous impact on my well being. She is a great listener and responds with thought-provoking questions that allow me to better understand myself and my situation. She does a good job of challenging me and checking in on things that are going on in my life from week to week.

I see Jean for individual counseling. Jean has been amazing for me and has really helped me process so many things from the past and present. She is supportive, informative and respectful processes for managing my trauma and how it impacts my relationship. I could not be happier with the care I am receiving.
