Rob kept in contact with each new step so we knew what to do and what was going on with the loan. Kevin Lauer Is very knowledgeable with what he does and walks you through the process. He takes your calls and answers questions right away. For a first time home buyer, that’s very important. He understands that some buyers need to be walked through the process and he’s there to do it.
