I added AMC gift cards to my AMC wallet and bought tickets for a 7:45pm movie at Easton AMC. I went to use the remainder of my gift card($38) via scan code that AMC provided, on popcorn & drinks but it wouldn't work after at least 7 attempts by a worker and a manager I was truly upset that all I got was a card to contact AMC. I even missed the start of the movie. Our popcorn had the bottom small bits and lots of uncooked kernels in it, so I had to go and get more missing more of the movie. There were only 7 people in our movie and it looked like they hadn't cleaned it before we got there from the 5:15pm movie. This movie theater was very very disappointing. I still have AMC $ in my wallet and another gift card that I don't want to use at the Easton AMC movie theater.

Poor service- had food ordered to be delivered to my seat- came almost an hour into the movie- arrived cold and all wet. When asked about it was told there was nothing they could do about. Their kitchen is behind. Was evacuated from theater in the middle of the show - no explanation just told to go online for a refund. When you go online it says you cannot be refunded. No customer service person to reach out to just some email with an automated response still saying that they do not do refunds and they will get back to you in 3 days- this was nearly a $100 experience that I did not get at any point in service. AMC will not be my pick of theaters anymore. This is not the first time in poor service- even more so from this location. AMC does not care about their customer base nor ties to their community.

Severely displeased and upset on how the "Very Rude" and unapologetic interactions between the theater staff and nearly 250 to 300 patrons. No fire, no smoke, fire dept. never even entered the building... both my sons and a few friends drove up from Southern Ohio (almost 2 hrs) to see John Wick 4 in the Dolby Theater...and we were not only turned away but done so in a very rude and abrupt manner. We were offered a full refund on-line within 5 to 7 days, but the time, energy, inconvenience and transportation cost for many people were completely dismissed. I will be boycotting AMC Theaters as well as many of my friends, family, colleagues and coworkers. I'm an avid movie goer but this experience has left a severely bad impression with myself and many other patrons.
