This place is so clueless on jewelry they try to tell my family that their gold is fake and when I got it test out from buckeye gold they say its 14k. How can u tell someone a false statement if u dont know how to test gol. Be honest if u are not interested in buying the jewelry and dont tell them it's not real when it's real

Really bad customer service I've taken the same ring in for over two years and never had a problem until they hired new people,that don't know what their doimg,all of a sudden they can't take it.ive spent a lot of money buying stuff and payimg interest,and my stuff is out within two weeks .I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.
