Ashleigh is very skilled at what she does and she has started to help me with my back issues that I havent truly found a solution for for many years. However, from my personal experience, there is a strong lack of feeling valued/taken care of during an appointment with her. There is a true lack of sensitivity and feelings like I am not being treated as a valuable human being that we all are. She has personal meetings/phone conversations/takes care of other patients all while I was there for my session and that made me feel not valued. She charges a lot of money and doesnt accept health insurance. I Expect to be more focused on/feel more cared for while there- the behavior I felt from her borders on being unprofessional. On top of all this, she has family members/friends at the gym that are loud/obnoxious and this led to a very unprofessional environment- I feel like I was at her house, not a public gym and I left feeling much more stressed and frustrated than when I got there. I dont believe Ill ever go back which is really such a shame because outside of all that shes a miracle worker but I deserve to be treated and respected more than that!
