Ive lived at Arena Crossing for 3 years now and I absolutely love it!! You cannot beat the location and thats my favorite part! I am able to walk everywhere whether its the short north or downtown to the Scioto mile. The staff is nothing but nice and always welcomes me when I walk in. Apartments are pretty nice based on the price. Plus there are so many layout options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Columbus.

While the application process is a little confusing and lengthy, the leasing office is easily available to coach you through the process. I have lived in the complex since May of 2023 and I have LOVED every day here! The location is perfect, the common spaces are clean and maintenance requests are fulfilled timely. I wouldn't want to give anywhere else!

Appliances and furnishings are subpar The mail room is broken into on the regular and you are responsible not Arena.. Security in and around the building is subpar. The trash rooms on every floor are not maintained. Management responds to concerns with copy and paste messages. The workout room is subpar. Jump in the swimming pool for free hair highlights. Maintenance was on point and gets plenty of physical and mental exercise maintaining the sub par apartments. Homeless encampment one block away under the High Street bridge. Install a camera or two in your car because you are liable for the damages when they happen. The picture below was taken at 1:00 pm on a Tuesday.

This is basically the most walkable apartment community in the city, certainly for the price. North Market is across the street! Walk to dozens of eateries. Youre basically in the Short North. Walk to a ton of sports and entertainment venues! The front desk, maintenance and security staff are nice and responsive. The units are not silent, but its not an issue for a normal person and is not unusual for apartments in general. No party noise, but some upstairs noise due to thin-sounding floors. The trains are near silent. If require complete silence at all times, rent a house or pay $1,000 more a month for a luxury apartment with three foot thick walls, ceilings, windows and doors. Not as luxurious as less walkable and pricier places with smaller units. Pool and hot tub see little use, which is nice. Parking cost is reasonable and a guest pass is available for an extra monthly fee. Upkeep is decent and theyre planning pool deck upgrades as of 2024. Elevators break for less than a day every once in a long while (maybe twice a year), but its never been a significant problem since I arrived in 2020. If youre not into driving for everything, including lunch while remote working, you can do no better than Arena Crossing!!
