    Rented with this company for exactly a year, by far the worst experience. Their maintenance does not fix anything. If they do, they blame you for it and threaten to charge you so you won't call them anymore. I had a maintenance guy tell me he was going to Lowes and would be right back, he never returned the rest of the day. Made several work orders after and no one ever replied or came out. I had to contact pest control because something was living in the home, but couldn't get anything resolved because the property owner had to be present due to liability issues, and refused to come out. I contacted several third party pest control companies and all said the same, even provided something in writing to Conrex but to no avail. Properties appear nice, but are cheaply put together with basic materials. My child's closet was never able to be used because they refused to fix it. The toilet was unsafe and wobbled causing safety concerns but Conrex did not care. They require you to use a third party company (SimpleBills) for utilities and they charge outlandish fees and back date all your bills, therefore you are left with late fees. I'm being charged months later for dates I wasn't even living at this residence. Neither SimpleBills, nor Conrex cared. All they cared about was rent - which they attempted to raise excessively (approx. $300) after my lease was up and this was NOT even the reason for me leaving ... it was the whole experience for me. I felt unsafe in my own home. The property was literally unlivable. I would highly recommend choosing elsewhere to rent before considering Conrex. I feel terrible for anyone who lives/moves in the home I once was in.

    I havent even rented from this company yet and so far my experience has been horrible. IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with this company. Im trying to relocate from out of state so Im trying to get ahold of an actual person and it seems impossible. Ive tried emailing, Ive tried calling, Ive sent inquiries via the realtor app, via Zillow, called the number on the website. I didnt get any communicate until I PAID to apply for a place. Extremely disappointed and does not give me a good indication as to what it would look like to actually rent from this company. The reviews in Columbus seem to be better than in other cities but this does seem to be a common theme of the company.

    Shawn Hunter a great leasing agent. She helped me get everything done in a timely manner. She kept in contact with me when no properties were available and when some became Available she helped me a lot through the move in process. Greatly appreciate her!

    I worked with a rep and her name is Dana Cook. Dana was nice but not informative. Dana told me that we needed to pay a collection bill for $146, I asked her was there anything else we need, she said we needed that paid in order to process our application. So I paid the bill and then low and behold Dana found something else on my credit I needed to pay. My whole this is...TELL ME EVERYTHING UP FRONT!!.. Don't pick and choose what you think I need to pay and then tell me I need to pay something else. She should have told me I need to have ALL COLLECTION ACCOUNTS PAID before she could process my application.. I'm not buying a house I'm just trying to rent so get out of here with that.
