They don't take care of exterior condo issues that impact property value. Very poor communication when repairs and necessary upkeep are brought to their attention. Unqualified and unresponsive.

I would give this company a less then one star review if possible. The property manager is negligent in responding to unit owners, there are 2 units with water leaking inside the unit either from the foundation or the roof. This has been ongoing for 7 months. Today is a Saturday and the water company is out doing mandatory inspection work that the property manager has know about since March and needed to be done by June 1 or our water would have been shut off on Monday. Now the community is paying overtime for this mandatory inspection.

Worst association management company! I bought my condo not knowing what I have to deal with. I tried contacting them for months and they ignore you until you write negative reviews. This company does not take care of the dead bushes, hanging branches ready to puncture your enclosed balcony, the asphalt needs to be redone, the side of the building needs power washed, and other small things that no one bothers with. But, as a resident of their community I pay my monthly HOA. What for??? Nothing, wasted hard worked money! Sad, dissatisfied, and disappointed
