Marcy and Brenda are very rude! They constantly lie or just fail to tell you anything. The application fee is 65 dollars per person and only good for 1 month from the date you apply My 135 dollar application took 3 weeks to approve and then when I went to supposedly send in voucher for processing they did not send in called next day and I said something about it not available anymore then the next day asked me to apply for it scam

This place is a joke they will blame you for things that’s already broken and they also charge $600 for clean up and cleaning not $250 for a broken window management is snobs with major attitudes and to get a call back is months later if they even respond

My family had been applying for houses and apartments elsewhere for months. We were becoming desperate. We worked with Kyle and he got us approved for a house and I am beyond thankful! We sign our lease and pick up keys tomorrow. Very professional, kind, and timely people.
