Employees incapable of listening to orders. Worthless.

The salad could've been a little bit more fresh but the friendliness and great service from those behind the counter more than made up for it.

They have the best bread bowls. Their soup is to die for and salads are awesome. They are a bit on the pricey side, but we'll worth it. Enjoy!

This is the most terrible Panera bread I have ever been to. I work just across the street, so I have been here twice. The first time, I was waiting to order and the manager and an employee were blatantly talking about their personal lives for 5 and half minutes (I timed it). When I asked if I could order, I got two eye rolls and a dreadful walk to the cash register. I just ordered a bagel sliced and toasted with butter, and got a non-toasted, half sliced bagel and the butter WAS LIQUID and definitely not kept in the fridge. The next time I went in, I was the only customer ordering and got a grilled cheese. I waited 30 minutes for my grilled cheese and it ended being 2 slices of bread with cold sliced cheese in between. When I asked why they had not grilled my sandwich, the employee said that "that's how I ordered it" (who would order a grilled cheese, not grilled?????). Also, these are the most lazy employees I have ever witnessed. They don't clean at all, this Panera location is filthy. I will never go to this god forsaken panera again, it is a disgrace to humanity.
