Came in as a Tan Pro "orphan" when they were bought. I was nervous but I'm so glad this happened bc this place is actually SO much cleaner and nicer than tan pro. I'm happy.

Wow. Walk in because everyone has always been delightful. However this was not the time. The one person I interacted with was not helpful, named 'Vegas' . Idk what her was problem was, I don't go ' tanning' frequently, just cocktails for events. Guess I'm dumb. She told me I didn't have an account (I do because Vegas subsequently found it), then she said 'MA'M, i don't know what your problem is' after being zero help, did not upsell, didn't explain the current deals. When I was irritated, she said to see her manager SITTING IN THE CAR outside. I had to walk past said manager who rolled down her window to ask 'is there a problem'. No named manager was the person I interacted with the last time I came, who I really liked. Sucks. Hope this location closes.

I have been a long time member at this salon, I went to get my usual spray tan at this site and they were out of my formula they then offered me another formula which turned out terrible (I was leaving the next morning for a wedding) when I exited the salon the staff member informed me that they would not be charging me for the service, which I thought was the right thing to do. Needless to say they ended up charging me and the color was terrible, when I called them to let them know what happened I was told that I would get a call from the manager (who never called) I let them know I wanted my entire membership cancelled and they stated I had to come in, I did this and was treated terribly by the associate.
