Sherman does a great job with his inspections. We used his services twice while home searching. I am well versed in home maintenance and was hesitant in someone else doing the inspection, but could have not possibly been as thorough with my busy schedule.

Sherman was very thorough, organized, and detailed. He reviewed our new home with us from top to bottom, and was able to put his findings into context about what was minor and what would need attention. His personalized 46 page report was sent to us the same day as the inspection. He worked very well with our realtors, who went for us and video-chatted so we could attend virtually.

Sherman Hall of Top Line Home Inspections, LLC, recently inspected a town house condominium we were considering purchasing for an older sibling moving to Central Ohio from out of state. Sherman’s first questions were, “What’s your plan? Who will live here? What should I know about them?” Understanding our sibling’s needs allowed Sherman to conduct the inspection and frame his report in the most helpful manner for us. His inspection was very thorough inside and out, basement to attic. He explained everything and answered all our questions completely. He reassured us about the overall condition of the house and identified the few issues of concern. Using his report, we easily negotiated a price reduction to more than cover the suggested remediation. We were very satisfied with Sherman Hall and Top Line. We do not expect to need another home inspection anytime soon, but if we do, we will use Sherman. We highly recommend him for your home inspection.

I have been fortunate to own many homes and I have had many inspections in the past, but Sharman Hall/Top Line Home Inspection tops it off. Truly nice guy, professional and took the time explaining the whys behind his finding. Thank you Sherman!
