Would give none if an option...can not get ahold of....looks out of business was given an appointment for retest for my employees went to the center no one there except for another person looking to retest and had the same appointment...huge waste of time and money deal with them at your own risk

This class is very informative and prepares you to safely operate a kitchen. The instructor keeps your attention and helps you retain the information you retain. I highly recommend using them.

I attended a wonderful food safety class last year. The instructor, Bobby Downing, went over the information in a very clear way. He made the test easier because I already knew the information and I can use it in my everyday work.
