Dirty, smelly and late.

We're supposed to arrive between 12:45 and 1:15 pm for a 2 o'clock appoint. At 1:30, when no one had come, I called my provider who contacted the dispatcher. We were told the driver was 20 mins. out, which brings us to 1:50 pm. My home 15-20 mins from the medical facility, so my provider contacts the doctor's office and gets me an extension to 2:25. Mind you, I've been waiting to get in to see this particular physician for 3 months. 1:56 - still not hear. Make another call to provider and we were told 10 mins. This beings it to a 2:10 ETA. Called provider for the THIRD time and the ETA is now 8 more mins. Yep, 8 more mins. come and go and nothing. I called to reschedule my appointment. The next available is Jan 12th. Driver shows up at 2:30. UN-BE-LIEVABLE!!! You're going on my "will not ride with" list along side 5 Star. 😤
