Culligan Bottled Water Columbus

I almost never write negative reviews because I believe anyone can have an "off day". But several years and multiple chances later, Culligan still cannot seem to get a simple water delivery right. I have the same order every time; two 5-gallon bottles of distilled water. But averaging every third visit, the delivery drivers leave some other type of water that I cannot use. Excuses have ranged from the delivery drivers thinking the white and red caps are the same thing (??), or that distilled water is unusual and the people who stock the truck must not be reading the ticket, or that they don't sell 5 gallons of distilled water (false). I have spoken with the delivery drivers and called customer service repeatedly. Customer service is always very friendly, but their only option to correct the issue is for me to drive to them and they will replace the incorrect water. Unacceptable when I'm paying for delivery and this is a constant mistake. You need to come to me to rectify the situation, not the other way around. In the end, it doesn't matter how "nice" the reps are if they're consistently leaving the wrong water and I spend time having to call customer service. Done with Culligan.

When our former water delivery company just stopped showing up, we signed up with Culligan and they have been on time with our order every month. Our delivery man is always very friendly and helpful as well. Last month, we had just emptied our large 5 gallon bottle, but none of the men were in our office to change it out, so he did it while he was here and took the empty one with him. We are very happy with the service we've received, both from him and from customer service.
