Mike was awesome! I had an issue with my sump pump and came out same day on a weekend afternoon to help out. He discovered what ended up being a simple fix and was honest about options for repair the entire time! He took the time to answer a few non-related questions about other basement issues Ive been having and gave me some advice on how to monitor things for the future. We were referred to Advanced Basement Solutions by a friend several months ago. We thought we'd have them do a sealant paint job, but hadn't gotten around to calling them yet. Then earlier this week our basement completely flooded. Mike came out that very day- well, at 9pm actually. Our basement is now dry. He was completely professional. We're going to have him come back soon and do even more work for us. We would recommend Advanced Basement Solutions whole heartedly!

Mike installed two sump pumps in my very problematic wet basement. This project required problem solving skills that up until our meeting was a challenge for others. The project was done in a timely manner, communication was great, and the value was more than fair. If your have a wet basement, I would definitely recommend Mike for the job.
