This program has greatly deepened my knowledge of the 8 limbs of yoga. The teachers are very knowledgeable and each one has a different style to their teaching which has helped me absorb it. This program created a safe space for me to face my inner fears and accept my inner guru and I feel I've grown a lot as a person and will continue to. In this program I've met a group of beautiful inspirational yogis that inspire me very much. I'm very grateful to all of them and to my teachers for this experience.
