My husband and I are parents of 3 small children, all we've ever wanted was to buy a home, we worked hard paid off old debt, and found a fixer upper home in the country in Depew, we honestly thought we would never be approved due to our past, ( my husband works oilfield and it comes and goes) although he stayed in the oilfield pay went down and things got rough but we again worked hard, found our home and applied it's been a long road with having to do pretty much a complete rebuild but Gateway mortgage was literally there and answered every single question that we had no matter what day or time, Michael and his associate Sean are awesome, and Stephanie the loan Processor is a beast, when our contractors and consultant were lacking and causing us delay for closing she took things into her own hands and now tomorrow we are finally closing on our home because of the their hard work at Gateway Mortgage. We will never be able to thank them enough, as we finally take this next step in our lives and give our kids the home we've all designed for so long Absolutely amazing people!

Michael's group did everything they could to get my family and I on the road to homeownership. They were thorough and quick. Best of all, they cared! They were friendly on the phone, and responded to questions quick. The company's online systems are great as well.

If you are going to buy or refinance a home, I suggest looking into Gateway. Michael, Sean and Kayla are really on the ball and know how to get things done quickly. Fast and friendly service. You really feel like you matter and are treated as a friend, not just a client. Go check them out!

I am purchasing my first home and it is definitely an overwhelming experience. I was recommended Gateway from my relator and was given the name of Michael Decker to work with. I can not explain to you how easy he made everything. (Now I am not saying its all easy, he just made it easier than it could have been) My transition into adult life was made easy by Gateway and I am very grateful to them.
