Every time I have been in this store the clerks are especially rude.Today when I walked up to the counter the clerk actually sighed and was upset that I was there because it was time for her to go home. Madison you need to work on your customer service a lot.

Such a horrible and unprofessional experience at this location. My daughter went down to have 10 papers notarized after the notary told her to sign the papers he then looked at the papers and let her know that he would not notarize them. She came home upset so she called the facility and he refused to give her to management. If you’re not able to notarize you should inform the person before they actually do their signature! I would not recommend this place to anyone such a horrible experience!!!

Doing business in the year 2021 AD, scanning QR codes... One would expect Wi-Fi in the store, at least to download a QR code if you are aren't getting reception. Very helpful UPS! Response from the owner 4 days ago Hello Timothy, We apologize about your experience at our store. We recommend that you take a screen shot of your QR code with the description of the item (if applicable) to prevent these issues from happening. That figures to put the onus on the customer to resolve the problem, rather than easily fix the problem by creating a guest Wi-Fi. Good show lads!
