        made an appointment for 2pm. got locked into the shop by the one employee there (illegal to do by the way). she would not help me purchase a new phone at all. my phone screen was broken so i couldnt make calls and god forbid she called the actual verizon store for me (i just wanted to know their hours). Wasted most of my day waiting to buy a new iphone...

        Don’t waste your time, go to the Broadway location. This isn’t a Verizon store, it’s a 3rd party reseller with poorly trained, unfriendly staff. Totally useless.
