Possibly the worst phone store I have ever interacted with. Extremely dismissive and refuses to help. Avoid this store if possible.

They lost a $100 headphone sale AND I Was gonna look at Apple Watches too :/ Maybe dont display headphones like you do IF YOU DONT WANT US TO PICK THEM UP. Meh, they didnt need my money at this T-Mobile location. Ill go give a commission to The Other store just a 3 minute walk away :)

You really never know what you're going to get at this place. The waits are always super long (hours), mostly due to the employees not knowing how to port numbers correctly. I went in recently to get help with porting numbers from Verizon. The customer service reps on the phone ported in a number without checking which line it should be associated with, so it was a big mess. We first spoke with a young woman there who was very kind and helpful. When I went back to check on why it was not activated yet, we were serviced by Zeus. He was caught up on the fact that he "didn't see us come into the store this morning". Well.. we were in there. Really not the point at all. He was convinced that my husband needed to be in the store in order for us to activate the SIM card. Also not correct. He also wouldn't explain anything thoroughly and I had to pressure him several times to continue to explain what he was asking (I work in telephony, so this should not have been difficult). After realizing that the woman in front of me who he was also helping had been there for hours dealing with the same thing, I politely asked to work with the first young woman who originally helped us. She knew exactly what to do to fix the situation and was knowledgeable and kind. The issue was fixed in about 20 minutes. I wish I remembered her name. I rarely want to call someone out by name negatively, but I urge management to get him more training before putting him in front of people. Several hours of several customers' lives were wasted today due to his knowledge gap.
