We had great experience. Billy was very nice and professional. He helped me figure out the right size storage unit for my stuff. These guys did a great job! Moved out of a house and storage unit into my new place. I had a some old very sentimental furniture including a large cradle for my baby due I'm May. They were so careful with it, and quick! My mom has used them twice, now I've used them once. We both would hands down recommend this company for a move!

My friend used this company to move out of her apartment into my house. It was 2 young guys (trevor and talon) carrying all her boxes and furniture into my house and up the stairs without using any sort of equipment to prevent or avoid damage to floors or walls, which was what my husband and I expected when we heard she was using professional movers. These kids were polite and hardworking, but they did leave 4 little dents in my dry wall carrying things around the corner going up my stairs. Call me old fashioned but I dont expect much out of others outside of simple honesty and integrity. As a homeowner I expect to fix the new blemishes in my wall myself, however I've been bothered by the damage done to the walls I just painted a month or so ago. I decided to call the company to tell them I was displeased with their carelessness and lack of acknowledgement or apology. The man I spoke to on the phone struck me as quite the sleazeball when he immediately became defensive about "his best workers" who have never been complained about before. He went on to ask for photos for his attorney. When you run a customer service based business and money and attorneys are your first concern, you are sleazy in my book. He told me his "best workers" never reported any damage from that move. Well that's interesting because they also broke my friend's dresser beyond repair most likely from failure to secure it in the truck. My husband, my friend, and myself were all present when they damaged my wall, failed to check what hit where, and failed to do any sort of walk through their boss seems to think they did. I have requested this company never re-enter my home. Update: thank you for your response. Good thing I keep records. Say what you want. Review the photos you requested or delete them. I dont care. Ive dealt with plenty of your type. It never ends well in the long run for those in your position with your attitude.
