From Bonn, Germany, I needed to establish some on-location facts in Portland, OR, USA. Googled, evaluated options, and finally cold-called this company. No regular user of PI services, I was curious what would unfold. From then on, I was (rightfully) sure that the mission was unambiguously clear. The results were prompt, all restrictions have been observed, and all communication was focussed and super friendly at the same time. Everything, from first contact over status reoporting to final invoice was a lot better than I had envisioned. These people don't disappoint. Even if and when they easily could with an overseas client. Big recommendation. Almost feel sorry that I have no further investigations to be done in Portland.

If I could give more stars, I would. I've submitted several process server requests and they have completed them very quickly each time. They are very pleasant to deal with and will communicate with you to provide status updates and confirmation throughout. They also offer electronic payment options which is a huge plus. The ease of use and quality of service is nothing short of amazing. I would recommend them every time!

I was desperate as my Ex left on vacation and never returned with my daughter, and I only had a limited amount of time to have her served court documents and no address or place to start. Robert was extremely professional and always answered me back with any questions or concerns I might have. I hope that I never need him again, but if I do I would hire him back in a minute.

I needed legal paperwork served to someone who was evasive and uncooperative. Robert at Diligent Investigations went above and beyond, putting in lots of time researching, communicating, and eventually providing the served papers to the defendant for a very fair price. The communication was prompt and they are very knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend them.
